Because Fauji Fresco operates on a Print-on-Demand (POD) model with Qikink, every item is custom-made specifically for you once your order is placed.
Defective or Damaged Products We stand behind the quality of our military-themed designs. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or damage incurred during transit, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Timeframe: You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.

Process: Email us at faujifresco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged or defective item.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
Size Exchanges & Buyer's Remorse Since each item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or process refunds for buyer's remorse or if the incorrect size was ordered. We highly recommend reviewing our sizing charts carefully before placing an order for apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, dresses, etc.).
